Corny Dancing

I saw the TAMI show on TV that was filmed in 1964, and the last group was the Rolling Stones
then the next night American Idol was on and the singers were all doing Rolling Stones songs
and one black singer was getting critiqued and Simon tells him 'your dancing was a little corny'
and I was thinking of Mick Jagger dancing in the Tami show...he looked like he was having a seizure and leaping up to catch a bug. Corniest dancing I ever saw;
in fact all the dancing was pretty corny...James Brown, The Beach Boys, etc.
all had this jelly legs style of dancing. But people still loved it because they were putting 100% of themselves into it and the energy was contagious. So corny dancing made them the big bucks.
